Reasons to buy 30A property

I don’t like to be repetitive but it’s true. We are busy along 30A. In terms of sales, we seem to be pacing the same as last year: Feb last year we had 56 transactions; Feb 2012 we had 59 but the amount of visitors sure seems to be way up. Maybe it is the aggressive TDC efforts or maybe it’s just due to the warm weather. So the answer to the question everyone has in their head even if they don’t ask is yes, I think it is a good time to buy. The prices are good sure but the reason I think anyone should buy in any market is that they like the area and they really enjoy it. Even if you don’t plan on living here, if you can see yourselves enjoying the area, then others will and believe me, others do. And if you can’t live here right now, there are so many companies ready and willing and able to help you rent your home, it can make real sense. So if you are interested in buying 30A, and I don’t say this flippantly, why not do it sooner than later? Remember you only live once. Might as well enjoy the view.
