Rather than to give you stats, here are photos of some of the property I have sold in 2010. There was a lull of activity during the oil spill of course but people are buying now. The combination of prices easing a wee bit and pent-up demand results in sales activity. Fortunately, the beaches look great so buyers have a lot to be happy about.
